The next step is to make sure that you hire the right professionals to take care of your carpentry, plumbing, and electrical construction. Do your research with the Better Business Bureau, or with online websites such as Angie’s List, and don’t be afraid to ask for recent references. When you’re hiring multiple contractors, be sure that they’re on the same page before the work begins. Contractors often have certain specialty areas, but are accustomed to coordinating with other contractors to ensure that each part of the project works according to plan.
